The purpose of this blog is to keep family and friends updated with the most recent news on Matthew. It will also document his biggest trial to date and serve as a reminder of how many people love and support him, and how much the Lord loves him when he has beat this terrible disease.

Real Food

So....Matthew broke a fever last night, so we don't think the doctors will let him come home this weekend. His platelets are still low, but he has been eating a lot. Today he had a hamburger and fries and fettuccini alfredo, and he kept it down! He looks so good today, but I feel so bad for him because he wants to come home so bad. Now that he is alert and feeling better, he is extremely bored just laying in his hospital bead all day. That's all of the excitement for the day!
