The purpose of this blog is to keep family and friends updated with the most recent news on Matthew. It will also document his biggest trial to date and serve as a reminder of how many people love and support him, and how much the Lord loves him when he has beat this terrible disease.

Still Trapped in the Hospital

Matthew wasn't able to come home today because of his stupid cell counts. They are still very low, but we're hoping that tomorrow will be the glorious day that he can come home. It seems like I say this every day, but the only thing we can do is hope that something great will happen the next day. He was really out of it today and slept for most of the day. I think this is because he was so depressed that he couldn't come home that he figured if he slept through most of the day it would go by faster. Who knows for sure though.

He looks really good today! He actually has some color in his face.
