When he has a surgery, they take him to the east building. It's always a very long walk through mazes of halls to get anywhere that takes at least around 10 minutes. It's like an indoor street system with little to no traffic. It's amazing they don't get lost every day.
There is a really cool map of the hospital that shows where his building is and where the surgery building is at this link:

There is also a virtual tour with pictures of what his hall looks like, what his room looks like, what the family area looks like, and what the outside patio he is allowed to be wheeled around to get fresh air looks like at this link:

Kids 12 and under are not allowed on the cancer floor, and the visiting hours might be cut a lot soon as well because his immune system will be so weak from his chemo therapy. He loves having visitors, so that might be hard on him. Hopefully he takes it well and does not get too sick from his treatment.
T's room has an amazing view of the city that looks even better at night when all of the lights are on. I'll get a picture of that on here later.
When Matthew first moved into his hospital room, he had a picture of him and Chad taped to the side of his bed. Now it is hanging on his door along with an autographed picture of Mike Leach, long snapper on the Arizona Cardinals team. I guess the Cardinals and the Diamond Backs are really good about coming into this hospital and visiting the sick kids.
